Sheraton Houston Brookhollow Hotel

The hotel was used for a one night stay for a Christmas party.

The view from the hotel room was amazing

The came and knock on our room door at 12 midnight for no Reasson , and they did the same thing at 8 in the morning ..but everything else was perfect !

Wonderful and clean hotel, the staff who served us were helpful, and it had STRATEGIC location near airport. Friendly services were available.

There was a mistake in our booking between Booked.net and the hotel system whish was very embarassing, everything was very far from the hotel and the shuttle bus timing was very bad,we waited taxi for 2 hours to take us to the down town, the breakfast was poor and everyday the same thigs to eat.

There was a free shuttle bus that took me and my friend to the Galleria. The breakfast buffet was nice. The room was clean, but noisy.

The staff were surly and slovenly and unresponsive. The rooms were noisy as next to the freeway (should have more sound proof windows then). City taxis refused to go to this hotel or didn't know where it was. Cleaning staff ignored 'do not disturb' signs and were very noisy. Biggest problem was that it was in the middle of nowhere and I had to take the free shuttle bus (runs three times a day) to get to the Galleria and then take a taxi to anywhere else. The shuttle bus only travels in a 5mile radius.

The rooms are a nice size with really nice bedding, so that guests have essentials. They have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy 2 Double room and the relaxing jacuzzi by the pool. The outdoor pool area was a great spot to chill after a long day! Just a heads up, I had a little wait for maintenance, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. ☀️

The room was gorgeous. We weren't "preferred guests", however they placed us in a room on that level.

The soda machine on our floor didn't work. :)

I loved the spacious and well-maintained lobby, decorated elegantly. The staff were accommodating, ensuring ease of access to all areas.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a plush bed and free wireless internet. The accessible features, and the pool temperature was just right. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with any needs I had .

The location was super convenient, with access to local attractions. The breakfast offerings, particularly the variety of fresh fruits and pastries, were delicious and definitely a highlight of my stay.

Yo, the Bernese Fries at the bar are legendary! I also loved how friendly the staff was and the late checkout made my solo weekend vibes even better.

The room had a funky damp smell, which could definitely use some freshening up.

The room was neat with a comfy king bed, private bathroom, tv, coffee maker, and free toiletries. I loved the outdoor swimming pool area with sun loungers, perfect for chilling out. The restaurant served delicious breakfast options like fresh pastries and a great selection of juices. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The pool temperature was perfect for the kids, and we loved the location near some great family-friendly attractions. The staff was kind and readily available if we needed towels or poolside assistance.

A more family-oriented approach in the lobby would improve the overall experience.

Late check-out was hassle-free, and the dedicated parking provided a sense of security. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious French toast. I did encounter a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connectivity, which required several attempts to get resolved. The noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive at times during the night.
